OUR PHILOSOPHY 

Fitness is all encompassing. Fitness is specific. Fitness has many forms. It begins with injury prevention, thrives in strength/conditioning and tactical training, and often requires rapid rehabilitation. Each individual component is necessary for optimal fitness, yet none is exclusive of the other. In an ideal world, these areas would all exist on a continuum with overlap in each direction. To have a fully functioning fitness experience, an individual needs injury prevention, performance enhancement, and recovery for the inevitable injury.
